Required:
- PHP 4/5 (differences)
- SQL
- HTML/DHTML, CSS
- JavaScript
- Template engines (such as Smarty, Sigma, etc.)
- OOP
- Technical English

Preferred:
- Apache administration
- MySQL or PostgreSQL
- AJAX
- XML
- Design patterns (GOF)
- Web services (SOAP, XmlRPC, REST)
- Fluent English
